On which legal grounds do we base the processing of your personal data?

cancelling your order
You can cancel your order up to 14 working days after you placed your order. If your shipment has already been dispatched your delivery charge will not be refunded. Cold candy LTD do not offer free returns and will only proceed with a full refund excluding delivery costs once all items are returned and are in new and unused condition.
