Delivery Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping, no matter where you live. Every year, we deliver to thousands of customers across the UK, always ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

However, due to Covid-19, please allow our delivery drivers 5 working days from the date of your dispatch before contacting. 

Please note some items may have longer delivery times which is stated in the product descriptions. Please ensure to check all product descriptions for the most accurate delivery schedule.

Delivery Options and Couriers

England, Scotland & Wales Delivery Via DPD 


The cost of shipping for your order will be clearly stated on the checkout page.

The primary courier service used for UK mainland deliveries is DPD.

Tracking details will be provided to you post purchase, you can find them in your order details page if you created an account and were logged in when you placed the order.

Exchanges & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

If our courier is unable to deliver your order and the product is returned to us we will refund your order minus the delivery costs.

You take full responsibility of entering the correct shipping details and accept this cannot be changed once you have placed the order. If incorrect, items will be returned to Cold Candy LTD and you are liable for any charges.


Pre Order Products

If you’ve placed an order for a ‘Pre Order’ product, your item(s) will be delivered within the time frame stated on the product page itself – if you cannot see a time frame please contact us. We shall not be held liable for any ignorance to delivery time-frames for pre-order products.

If you have placed an order that also includes standard products (that aren’t subject to pre-order status), they will be delivered within the same time frame as the pre-order product. If you’re looking to receive standard products sooner, please order them as a separate purchase to ensure they are delivered in a time frame that suits you.

Out of Stock Products

From time to time, some products might be out of stock. In the event that a product you’ve ordered is out of stock (and has not been updated on this website), we will contact you via the email provided at checkout to update you/request a replacement product. If no replacement is desired, a refund for the out of stock product(s) will be processed. If we do not receive a response to the ‘update you/request a replacement’ email within 2 days, the closest alternative to the out of stock product(s) will be sent.


DMAXX250 on your onez package offer customers a chance to win x2 bystander tickers to the DMAXX250 event on the 31st of May 2021 at Silverstone. x2 tickets will be put into a customers order at random. Please note this package does not include x2 tickets, please be sure to the read the description clearly.

DMAXX250 2 man up package does not include any tickets to the DMAXX250 event.

DMAXX250 4 man deep package contains x4 tickets to the DMAXX250 event on the 31st of May 2021 at Silverstone. Once your purchase has been made, you will be contacted with details on how to receive your tickets. Please follow DMAXX250 for any details and updates on the event. 

Delivery Issues

On rare occasions, there can sometimes be issues with deliveries. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched (you haven’t yet received the dispatch email) please contact us and a member of the team will look into this for you.

If you have received the order dispatch email, you’ll need to contact DPD directly with your tracking number and delivery post code. You can contact us for the tracking number if you cannot find it in your mailbox, please send your request to us with your order number (this is seperate to the tracking number).
